All damaged returns must bear a valid return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number, issued by Dad Limited and must be received by Dad Limited within five days of issuance of the RMA. Shipments received without an RMA or more than five days after the issuance of the RMA will be refused. All returns are subject to inspection and up to a 30% restocking fee. If the product is not found to be damaged, a refund cannot be issued since Dad Limited does not offer a refund for non-damaged goods.
